Lady Gaga has announced the release of her long-awaited film Mayhem Requiem, which will debut exclusively on Apple Music on Thursday, 8 p.m. PT/11 p.m. ET, and coincide with one-night-only screenings at 15 AMC locations across select cities. Directed and produced by Morningview, the film features a filmed live performance of a one-time show staged at Los Angeles’ Wiltern on January 14. During the set, Gaga reimagines her 2025 album Mayhem, which won best pop vocal album at the Grammy Awards in February. The film is billed as the final chapter of her Mayhem era, with Gaga appearing as the phantom of her gothic opera. She spends most of the evening at The Wiltern, playing piano or synths, while she leads reimagined arrangements of tracks including Abracadabra, Disease, and more.
